DeepSynergy provides high end AI consultancy and engineering services. Our scope is defined by the technical architecture and workflow maps agreed upon at the commencement of each project cycle.
02. IP Ownership
Upon final delivery and payment, you retain full ownership of the custom workflow logic and agent configurations developed for your enterprise. DeepSynergy retains the rights to its core proprietary architectural components and pre-built engineering frameworks.
03. Engineering Reliability
While we architect for maximum stability, the nature of third party APIs and AI models involves external dependencies. We provide a 90 day maintenance period for all custom deployments to ensure production grade stability.
04. Professional Conduct
We expect mutual transparency and timely data access to ensure project timelines are met. Any breach of security protocols or unethical use of deployed agents may result in immediate suspension of services.
